Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using Donnna.ai. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

No Refund Policy
All payments made to Donnna.ai are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including cancellation, dissatisfaction, or unused portions of the subscription period. We encourage you to use the free trial period before subscribing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Donnna.ai WhatsApp assistant service ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Donnna.ai is an AI-powered assistant delivered through WhatsApp. The Service allows users to:

  • Set and receive reminders via WhatsApp message or phone call (Pro plan only)
  • Store and retrieve personal notes and information
  • Log and track personal expenses
  • Search stored information through natural language queries

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on the plan you have subscribed to.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Donnna.ai offers two subscription plans: Essential (₹149/month) and Pro (₹199/month). Pricing is subject to change with prior notice to subscribers.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis.

3.3 Free Trial

We offer a three-day free trial for new users. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, continued use requires an active subscription.

4. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to Donnna.ai are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Cancellation of subscription mid-cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Unused days or features within a billing period
  • Accidental subscription or duplicate payments (please contact us immediately in such cases)
  • Technical issues outside our reasonable control

We strongly recommend using the free trial period to evaluate the Service before subscribing to a paid plan.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at app.donnna.ai@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

6. No Marketing Messages

Donnna.ai will never send you unsolicited marketing, promotional, or advertising messages on WhatsApp. We believe your WhatsApp inbox is personal space.

The only messages you will receive from Donnna.ai are:

  • Direct replies to messages you send to Donnna
  • Reminders you have explicitly set yourself
  • Important service notifications (e.g. subscription renewal, policy changes)

You are always in control. You may stop all messages at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us at app.donnna.ai@gmail.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
  • Share your account access with third parties
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express consent
  • Abuse or overload the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users

8. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information you store through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Service interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or credits.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Donnna.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via WhatsApp message.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
